Chef Aaron O'Mara's culinary explorations have taken him all over the world from Mexico to Austria, through England, Germany, and Italy. Aaron's creative journey has lead from working as a Recording Engineer to the Chef of a Five Star Resort. Chef Aaron has held title in San Diego, San Francisco, Chicago, New Orleans, and presently Indianapolis. His work has been recognized by the LA Times, James Beard Report, Prime Quarterly Magazine, and Dine Magazine. Chef Aaron, along with his family, currently own and operate Augustino's Italian Restaurant located on the south side of Indianapolis. At Augustino's, Aaron has the freedom to bring his gourmet dreams to life.
